What is the Ship2Anywhere Service Guarantee:
If we do not pick up your parcel within the promised time, we will send another driver to coordinate another pick-up.
If this does not occur on the 3rd attempt, we will refund the money and still send the parcel for you.
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, all Ship2Anywhere branded services apply to this service pick-up promise.
The guarantee only applies for Ship2Anywhere bookings and other transport providers guarantee are not included in this pick-up promise.
The guarantee does not apply if Ship2Anywhere or one of its drivers has attempted a pickup, even if this did not result in Ship2Anywhere collecting your parcel. Examples of these may include no-one at home, the goods are not ready for collection or the driver cannot find your address or access the premises. If this happens, you can get in touch with Ship2Anywhere support team to reschedule your pickup.
The Pickup Guarantee does not apply to accounts where regular scheduled daily pickups have been organized.
